1. New <\/span>membership <\/span>players<\/span> <\/span>and purchasers of one-off tickets <\/span>will be sent a unique draw number(s) created by<\/span> secure<\/span> Gambling Commission approved <\/span>random number generating <\/span>software.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

2. All entries into the weekly draw cost \u00a31 regardless of the <\/span>method <\/span>of payment<\/span>.\u00a0 <\/span>Any discounted offers<\/span> or limited<\/span>–<\/span>time promotions<\/span> will be funded by the profits of Crackerjackpot Ltd<\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

3. All<\/span> <\/span>regular<\/span> membership<\/span> <\/span>players with a minimum <\/span>balance <\/span>of \u00a31 <\/span>and any player who has <\/span>purchased<\/span> a one-off ticket for an accompanying draw<\/span> will be entered into the weekly draw using the<\/span>ir assigned<\/span> unique draw number<\/span>(s)<\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

4. The draw will take place each Friday<\/span>, unless prevented by <\/span>unavoidable delays<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. Regular membership players only:<\/span><\/span><\/strong> <\/span>p<\/span>layers<\/span> who pay monthly<\/span> will pay <\/span>\u00a34.34<\/span> per month, per entry<\/span>.\u00a0 <\/span>This <\/span>include<\/span>s<\/span> 34p to accumulate and fund the fifth week in <\/span>five-week<\/span> months.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

6. Regular membership players only:<\/span><\/strong> <\/span><\/span>gambling using credit is not legal in Great Britain<\/span>,<\/span> <\/span>where Crackerjackpot is licenced<\/span>.\u00a0 <\/span>Credit cards cannot be accepted as a method of payment<\/span>.\u00a0 <\/span>No <\/span>player<\/span> will enter the weekly draw without sufficient funds available or a one-off ticket purchase<\/span>.\u00a0 <\/span>If you miss a draw<\/span>, you will never owe Crackerjackpot money.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

7. Regular<\/span> membership<\/span> players only<\/span>:<\/span><\/span><\/strong> <\/span>w<\/span>inners are automatically notified and are sent a prize cheque<\/span> <\/span>within one week of the draw taking place<\/span>. <\/span>The validity of a prize is 12-months. <\/span>It is the players responsibility to advise Crackerjackpot <\/span>about any <\/span>cheques that need to be re-issued or <\/span>are not received<\/span> before the expiry of the validity period.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

8. One-off \/ shop ticket players only:<\/span><\/span><\/strong> <\/span>w<\/span>inners <\/span>are <\/span>required to<\/span> notify<\/span> Crackerjackpot of their win<\/span>.\u00a0 <\/span>T<\/span>he winner can claim their prize by contacting Crackerjackpot or visiting the store with their winning ticket. No prizes will be paid out where a ticket cannot be produced.<\/span> <\/span>The validity of a prize is 12-months<\/span> from the draw date li<\/span>sted on the ticket<\/span>. It is the players responsibility to <\/span>claim their prize<\/span> and provide required evidence<\/span> <\/span>before the expiry of the validity period.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

9. Weekly winning numbers, along with surname and location, are published in the local press subject to availability and on this website. They are also available from the Crackerjackpot office.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

10. In compliance with<\/span> LCCP and<\/span> PCI DSS<\/span>,<\/span> <\/span>and other <\/span>regulations, <\/span>details captured in relation to a ticket purchase <\/span>will be <\/span>retained<\/span> for a <\/span>minimum <\/span>period of three years following your final payment<\/span>, <\/span>whenever that might occur<\/span>, <\/span>for all <\/span>transactions<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

11. Pre-paid customer funds are held in a separate non-trading bank account<\/span>.\u00a0 <\/span>This is rated as \u2018Not protected \u2013 Segregation of customer funds\u2019 under the Gambling Commission\u2019s rating system.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

12. Crackerjackpot <\/span>complies<\/span> with<\/span> all <\/span>legislation, <\/span>regulations<\/span> and laws in relation to gambling, <\/span>advertising<\/span> and data protection<\/span>.\u00a0 <\/span>This includes <\/span>PCI DSS regulations and Data Protection Act requirements<\/span>.\u00a0 <\/span>We aim to take every measure to protect<\/span> your personal data. Members accept that Crackerjackpot cannot accept liability for loss<\/span>, <\/span>delays or theft of any communication sent by post<\/span> or email<\/span> or for any delays in the banking system.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

13. Members<\/span> can<\/span> cancel<\/span> <\/span>at any<\/span> <\/span>time<\/span>.\u00a0 <\/span>Cancellations received<\/span> on a Thursday <\/span>or Friday<\/span> may not be actioned until after the weekly draw. If you pay by direct debit<\/span>, <\/span>cheque<\/span> <\/span>or <\/span>debit card<\/span>, <\/span>you m<\/span>ay<\/span> cancel <\/span>via email<\/span>, post<\/span> <\/span>or <\/span>by telephone<\/span>. Please contact the Crackerjackpot office <\/span>if you need<\/span> further assistance<\/span>.\u00a0 <\/span>Players with <\/span>online<\/span> accounts can put a temporary pause <\/span>on payments by logging into their account.<\/span><\/p>\n

14. Where members cancel <\/span>w<\/span>i<\/span>th <\/span>a balance <\/span>on their account<\/span>, we will, subject to Clause <\/span>13<\/span>, refund your full <\/span>balance<\/span> <\/span>upon request<\/span>.<\/span> <\/span>Please note, this may take up to <\/span>seven working days<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

15. We reserve the right not to accept an application<\/span> or purchase<\/span>, or to cancel an existing <\/span>membership<\/span>(s) <\/span>at our absolute discretion. Any such rejection or cancellation may be recon<\/span>sidered on submission of a writ<\/span>ten appeal to the <\/span>l<\/span>ottery <\/span>m<\/span>anager within seven days. The decision of the Lottery Manager will be final<\/span>.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

16. It is the responsibility of the player to <\/span>advise<\/span> us of any change of <\/span>address,<\/span> or any other details <\/span>deemed<\/span> necessary<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

17. For any direct debit changes, we will <\/span>notify you<\/span> a minimum of10 working days prior to the change, as <\/span>stated<\/span> in the Direct Debit Guarantee.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

18. Players who join online will automatically have access to an online account where they can manage their details and play.\u00a0 Please note, anyone who sets up an account through any other method will need to notify the Crackerjackpot office if they wish to use this facility.<\/span><\/p>\n

19. An instruction to be self-excluded, as defined in the Gambling Act 2005, from Crackerjackpot products, may be submitted in writing, emailed or telephoned through to the Crackerjackpot office. Customers wishing to use this facility will not be able to re-join the lottery for a minimum of six months from the date of exclusion. Full details about self-exclusion can be found in the FAQs section of the website.<\/p>\n

20. Crackerjackpot has a statutory duty to verify that players are over the minimum age allowed for gambling. It is an offence for anyone under the minimum statutory age to participate in a lottery. Crackerjackpot has a minimum age of 18 and where appropriate, we will carry out checks to verify this requirement.\u00a0 If necessary, this includes seeking confirmation from relevant agencies.\u00a0 Crackerjackpot will refuse purchases from anyone under 18.\u00a0 Where a player is found to be under 18 after a draw entry, Crackerjackpot will refund play money, cancel any further entries and cannot legally pay out prizes.<\/p>\n

21. Crackerjackpot is a member of The Hospice Lotteries Association<\/a>, the Lotteries Council<\/a>, licenced by the Gambling Commission and takes responsible gambling seriously.\u00a0 Apart from a mandatory levy, Crackerjackpot will provide gambling and addiction support and guidance to any player or past player.\u00a0 Expert advice, guidance and support is also available by visiting www.gambleaware.org<\/a> which is provided for free and anonymously.<\/p>\n

22. Complaints and disputes can be reported via the Crackerjackpot website, by email, by phone or in writing. All complaints and disputes will be dealt with in accordance with our policy, a copy of which is available from the Crackerjackpot office. In the event a dispute cannot be resolved then it will be referred to arbitration. The arbitration service used is, Independent Betting Adjudication Service (IBAS). Please contact us first to resolve.<\/p>\n

23. Please note that Crackerjackpot employees and their partners and persons living in their same household are not eligible to participate in Crackerjackpot.<\/p>\n

24. Where absolutely necessary, Crackerjackpot uses partner businesses to deliver some limited services.\u00a0 To ensure we can provide the best service possible we may share some information with these selected partners.\u00a0 Where this is the case, Crackerjackpot will ensure there are strict policies, systems and guidelines around the transfer of data and this will be carried in line with data protection laws. \u00a0No information whatsoever will be shared or sold on for marketing purposes.<\/p>\n

25. The Crackerjackpot weekly draw is a combined draw with entrants supporting various charities.\u00a0 All entrants are pooled into one weekly draw for a joint weekly prize pot.<\/p>\n

26. Crackerjackpot Ltd is wholly owned by Ty Hafan Children\u2019s Hospice and run solely to fund charities.\u00a0 To provide economies of scale and efficient use of funds, Crackerjackpot extends its service to other selected partner charities.\u00a0 Where this is the case, the majority of funds is returned to the named charity the player chooses to support.\u00a0 Of the remaining funds, some of which goes to prizes and administration costs, and a small amount is returned to Ty Hafan Children\u2019s Hospice to fund their charitable work.\u00a0 More accurate detail about the division of funds can be found at the footer of the lottery website.<\/p>\n
